We are an accompaniment service. We do not guarantee that a practitioner will authorize cannabis, or that Health Canada will issue, renew, or maintain a registration. Health Canada is solely responsible for registration decisions and may refuse, request more information about, or revoke a registration at any time.
You remain the applicant
We prepare and assist with your documentation; we do not file on your behalf or act as your representative. You are responsible for the accuracy of your information, for signing your own documents, and for submitting them to Health Canada.
Compliance is your responsibility
If you receive a registration, you are responsible for complying with all of its conditions, including authorized plant counts, possession limits, and production-site requirements under the Cannabis Act and the Cannabis Regulations.

Any plant-count figures shown are estimates based on Health Canada’s published formula and the daily amount you enter. Your actual authorized amount depends on your medical document and Health Canada’s assessment.
